3660mm (12FT) diameter round trampoline frame
Trampoline must have 4 W-Shaped or U-Shaped legs
8 vertical upright poles attached to each trampoline leg
Height of poles above trampoline bed is 1700mm
All poles must be padded with foam of 1700mm in length or longer
All poles are required to have pole caps and pole bottoms
All poles are required to have a diameter of 28mm or less

How to Measure for Jumparama Safety Net
Obtain the diameter of the trampoline frame by measuring from one point of the frame, through the middle and directly to the opposite side of the frame. Outside edge to outside edge.
Move around ¼ of the frame and measure again to see if you get the same measurement.

Arranging Your Own Courier If you choose to arrange your own courier, please notify us 2 days in advanced and check specifications for packing size and weight. Transit insurance is not available if you are arranging your own courier.

There are no fees or charges to cancel your order before payment.
Cancelation After Payment :
A 5% administration fee will be charged for cancellations after payment where a refund is required.
Refund Fees : (After items dispatched or collected)
$20.00 or 10% (whichever is greater) administration & handling fee on the refunded amount.
Return Condition :
Exchanges will only be accepted if the item has not been used, and the item and packaging is in resellable condition. Buyer must arrange for the items to be returned to our warehouse at their own cost.
A delivery charge incurred by Comfort Innovations will be deducted from the refunded amount for any free or discounted delivery promotions offered by Comfort Innovations Pty Ltd on a returned item.

Warranty will be provided by the supplier Comfort Innovations Pty Ltd, supplier details and warranty information will be provided on the back of your given sales invoice.
