Deliveries All prices quoted are inclusive of GST, transit insurance, and wooden skid packaging. At Comfort Innovations we want to ensure the safe delivery of your trampoline, the postage insurance covers loss and damage on delivery, and the skids will provide additional protection to your item(s) in the event of those unfortunate courier mishaps. Please note: there must be a strong individual at the delivery location to help the driver unload the trampoline from the truck. If this cannot be arranged you will need to choose a special two man service to deliver your item(s) for an additional 25% surcharge on top of the standard delivery price. Arranging Your Own Courier If you choose to arrange your own courier, please notify us 2 days in advanced and check specifications for packing size and weight. Transit insurance is not available if you are arranging your own courier. Optional wooden skid packaging is an additional $30.
How much space do I you need for a 12FT Jumparama Elite™ Trampoline?
For trampolines with safety enclosure nets, it is required that you have a minimum clearance of 150cm surrounding the trampoline. The size of the 12FT trampoline is approximately 365cm x 365cm, therefore you will need a minimum of 665cm x 665cm of flat area. You will also need an overhead clearance of at least 800cm from ground level, no overhanging tree branches, power lines, or any other overhead obstructions which may impair or distract the user while jumping.

Cancelation Policy
Cancelation Before Payment :
There are no fees or charges to cancel your order before payment.
Cancelation After Payment :
A 5% administration fee will be charged for cancellations after payment where a refund is required.
Refund Fees : (After items dispatched or collected)
$20.00 or 10% (whichever is greater) administration & handling fee on the refunded amount.
Return Condition :
Exchanges will only be accepted if the item has not been used, and the item and packaging is in resellable condition. Buyer must arrange for the items to be returned to our warehouse at their own cost.
A delivery charge incurred by Comfort Innovations will be deducted from the refunded amount for any free or discounted delivery promotions offered by Comfort Innovations Pty Ltd on a returned item.
Warranty
Comfort Innovations is an authorised seller and distributor of the Jumparama Trampolines product. Warranty will be provided by the supplier Comfort Innovations Pty Ltd, supplier details and warranty information will be provided on the back of your given sales invoice. Please contact us if you require more information regarding the warranty for this product.
